

HEALTH TALKS
Health Talks is a health talk show hosted by Maya Saunders Programme Officer at the Ministry of Health and Human Services. In each episode we cover topics from mental health to oral hygiene, chronic diseases and more.
Our Objectives are to:

To share current information and discuss benefits of optimal behaviours to develop and reinforce healthy lifestyles.

To educate residents on establishing lifelong nutritional and fitness goals

To reduce risk of chronic diseases among residents by helping viewers identify and avoid problematic behaviours.

To use power of individual stories to understand inspire and improve health in the TCI.
